Welcome! I’m Abigail, a dedicated and compassionate dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. With a passion for healthcare, I’ve been contributing to the field as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse since 2016. 

 Professional Journey 

I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Goshen College and honed my expertise in mental health through certification from Wilkes University. My diverse experience spans hospital-based medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and mental health. 

Approach to Patient Care 

My philosophy centers around a collaborative approach to healthcare. As a Nurse Practitioner, I work closely with my patients, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs. Specializing in medication education, I aim to empower individuals with knowledge about how medications function in our bodies. My particular focus and joy lie in working with adolescent populations. 

 Humanistic Philosophy & Empathy 

Beyond clinical expertise, I bring a humanistic philosophy to my practice. I find joy in connecting with my patients on a personal level, listening with empathy to their life stories. 

 Life Beyond Healthcare 

Outside the realm of healthcare, I embrace the great outdoors. Hiking and snorkeling allow me to connect with nature, while CrossFit keeps me active and energized. When winding down, you’ll often find me immersed in a good book.
