I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a background in crisis stabilization, addiction treatment, and a wide range of mental health concerns. Those experiences have shaped me into a therapist who stays steady, grounded, and fully present, even when things feel chaotic or complicated.

My path into social services began with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of North Florida, followed by a Master of Science with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Barry University.

Much of my career has been spent in inpatient, residential, and intensive outpatient settings, where I’ve helped clients build insight and develop the skills needed for long-term recovery. I blend empathy with directness, offering a therapeutic space that is both supportive and accountable.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use, or a major life transition. My style is nonjudgmental, conversational, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but always tailored to the individual sitting in front of me. I’m engaged, curious, and honest, and I work to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore what’s happening beneath the surface.

Patients often tell me they appreciate my calm presence, sense of humor, and ability to make difficult topics feel manageable. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your choices, more connected to yourself, and more capable of creating the life you want.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I love reading, staying active, and finding small, grounding moments in everyday life.
