Hannah believes that our environments and life experiences shape the way we see the world, understand ourselves, and interact with the people and environments around us. The experiences we have throughout our lives can influence how we cope, connect, and respond to challenges, and she believes therapy can be a meaningful part of understanding these experiences and creating space for healing and growth.
Hannah received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from UCF. Her education and training have given her the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of how social environments, relationships, and life experiences can directly impact mental health and overall well-being. She values looking at the whole person and considering the many factors that influence how someone experiences and navigates the world.
Hannah’s clinical experience includes working with both children and adults, with a primary focus on supporting individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. She understands that each person’s story and healing journey is unique and strives to meet each client where they are with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.
Hannah’s therapeutic approach is typically person-centered and incorporates a bottom-up perspective, recognizing the important connection between the mind and body. She believes that healing is not simply about understanding our experiences intellectually, but also about developing a sense of safety and connection within ourselves. Hannah strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported as they explore their experiences and work toward healing and growth. Together, she and her clients can build greater awareness, develop meaningful coping strategies, and work toward creating a life that feels more connected, balanced, and authentic.
