I am a dedicated and compassionate professional in social work and mental health. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I have 13 years of experience in the psychiatric field, focused on making a positive impact on individuals and communities.
As a therapist who has overcome abuse, I aim to help patients achieve lasting freedom from complex PTSD, PTSD, narcissistic abuse, depression, and anxiety within three months. I create a safe space and use somatic therapies, DBT, nervous system regulation tools, and inner child work to help patients find hope and lasting change.
Before my current role, I worked as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist at The Florida Center for Early Childhood, a PRN Therapist at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and a Children’s Counselor at Camelot Community Care. I provided counseling and therapeutic support to diverse groups, including children, individuals with epilepsy, survivors of human trafficking, and those with persistent mental illness.
I am committed to professional growth and have earned a Social Work License and certification in Trauma Resolution Treatment (TRT). Fluent in both English and Spanish, I have served as a Peer-Mentor for The Lovely Project, assisted with mentorship groups at University Behavioral Center, and advocated for clients’ rights as a Guardian Advocate Intern with the Mental Health Association.
I remain dedicated to the well-being of individuals and communities, using my skills, knowledge, and passion for social work to make a lasting, positive impact.
